A BIT ABOUT ME

Hi I’m Jamie Shorner!
I am a freelance makeup & hair artist in the south suburbs of Chicago. I am licensed cosmetologist as well as a certified makeup artist through Makeup First.

I have the best job in the world! Want to know why?..... I get to be a part of someones big day & help them feel like the best version of themselves.

I couldn't be happier I took the leap of faith & gave it up to God, it was the best decision I've made!I know how stressful it can be to choose a hair or makeup artist for one of the most important & memorable days of your life. My goal is to make this the most stress free decision you’ll have to make. I love effortless chunky braids & glowing skin. It is an honor to be considered to be a part of so many special moments and events in so many lives.

Now just some fun facts about me........I live off iced matcha's & chai's, they are an every day kind of drink. You can catch me snuggling my pups any chance I get. I spend most if my time with my Fiancé, aka high school sweetheart, we love the outdoors, adventuring, car shows & of course Jeni's ice cream! I would consider myself an introverted extrovert, but I love meeting new people & do not worry I will be your biggest hype woman through this whole process!
